Akinmade Ajibola is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience delivering legal services across a wide range of practice areas. He is a specialist in corporate and commercial law; tax litigation, adjudication, and advisory; construction and infrastructure law; public-private partnership (PPP) transaction advisory; cross-border trade; regulatory compliance; legislative drafting; arbitration; and dispute resolution. He has advised a wide array of multinational clients operating in Nigeria and across Africa, providing services in corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.

Akinmade is a leading legal expert in infrastructure and PPP advisory, with over 15 years of experience advising both public and private sector clients on infrastructure procurement through PPP models. His work spans various sectors and includes reviewing legal, regulatory, and institutional frameworks; advising on procurement processes; project finance; and capacity building. He currently leads his firm’s consortium partnership with Ap3 Advisory in implementing the United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UK NIAF III), part of the TetraTech International Development Consortium.
