Godwin Etim is an accomplished legal practitioner with over 27 years of experience in commercial law, capital markets, real estate and probate practice, environmental law, project and construction law, and employment and industrial relations. He is widely recognized for his exceptional litigation and dispute resolution skills, and has represented individuals, corporations, and government institutions in resolving complex and novel legal matters before arbitral tribunals and superior courts across Nigeria.
A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with an LL.M, and a Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP), Godwin combines legal proficiency with structured project execution experience. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and has been acknowledged by Legal500 as a “next generation lawyer” and “recommended individual,” a testament to his professional standing and impactful practice.
