OUR FIRM

BOLA AJIBOLA & CO., was founded over 40 years ago and operates from its offices in Lagos and Abuja, respectively. These offices are situated within a commercial environment conducive to the general nature of the various legal services which the firm has been offering to clients who range from individuals, private and public organizations, multinational companies, non-governmental organizations, developmental and donor agencies.

OUR WORK

Our work covers corporate and commercial legal services which include, transactional, regulatory and policy matters, as well as dispute resolution services for private clients and those in the corporate and commercial arena.
