Francis Dada LLB (Hons) BL is a Senior Associate with the firm. He is a seasoned legal Practitioner with cognate legal experience in diverse area of law including Commercial litigation and Alternative for Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance, Debt Recovery, Energy, Labour and Employment Law. He has advised a number of local and foreign companies on diverse issues in these fields and also litigates at both trial and appellate courts in Nigeria.
Francis has handled complex transactions for both Nigerians and multinational companies including negotiations for purchase of Oil and Gas assets divested recently by SNEPCO, farm-in and farm out agreement and off take agreements. He participated in financing arrangements on behalf of a Nigerian company for the purpose OML 29 from shell and the financing and purchase of power Generating companies (GENCOs) on behalf of a Nigerian company in the recent unbundling and sale of assets of PHCNby the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Francis experience in both commercial and litigation aspect of energy law gives him an edge over other players and puts him in the best possible position to advise areas of energy and corporate finance law.
