Over the years and till date, we have handled and still handle in this area of law, a good number of contentious case in court regarding various infringements and violation of legal rights of corporate entities and individuals, registration of rights renewals involving patents, designs, original works, including art, music and the ever growing local film industry, etc. this service cut across foreign and local clients.

We are however not unaware that the major problem bedeviling the art, music and film industry in Nigeria are the protection of original works from piracy and the maintenance of standards.

Our activities in the trademark law and practice has been quite substantial in recent years. For instance, we have and are representing various concerns, i.e. Omnia  Nigeria Limited (one of our retainers), TV. Africa (a Southern African electronic media station ) most recently C.F.A.O., Eyre and Sporttiswoode (Portsmouth, UK) Legal Publishers in the registration of trademarks, designs, software designs, and patents, product development, and the protection and enforcement of the rights.
