We are duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), the organization set up to regulate, develop and internationalize the Nigerian Capital Market Operators’ (Solicitors). We are a member of the Nigerian Capitals Markets Solicitors Association.
Our services in this regard include, public issues, right issues, mergers, takeovers, scheme of arrangements and legal documentations required in other capital market operations such as securities, bond, share, etc.
