Adesegun Mohammed Muruf Ajibola, SAN, INST.D, FCIArb, is the Principal Partner of the firm and heads the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. He is a seasoned professional and has immense experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Admiralty law and Trade Marks and Patents. He has represented clients in numerous commercial litigation cases from the trial courts to the Supreme Court. He has appeared before various Election tribunal panels and has been successful in a number of Petitions in 2011. He also advises clients on Maritime Law, Corporate Governance and Restructuring, Constitutional, Administrative, Property, Regulatory Compliance, Oil, Gas and Environmental matters. He currently represents numerous International and national companies as an Arbitrator. He is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
